Prospective and current client information may be entered into Dubsado after an inquiry. We use Dubsado for functions including proposals, contracts, scheduling, questionnaires, workflows, client portals, invoices, and other client-management activities.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Square or through other payment methods agreed upon with a client. Payment-card transactions are processed through the applicable provider rather than through the public Website.
Client Galleries
Door 22 uses CloudSpot for image galleries and delivery.
Gallery visitors may be asked to provide information such as an email address to download images, make purchases, or use other gallery features.
Data Retention
Client records may be retained on a long-term basis to preserve project history, facilitate repeat business, maintain contractual and financial records, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.
Information from inquiries that do not result in a client relationship may currently remain in our business systems until manually deleted.
We may establish or revise retention practices as our business systems and legal obligations evolve.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No Internet transmission, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
