DOOR 22
Website Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of doortwentytwo.com (the "Website"), operated by Stefani Larson, doing business as Door 22 ("Door 22," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

Website Purpose

The Website provides information about Door 22's corporate and commercial photography services, portfolio, approach, and ways to inquire about photography services.

Using the Website or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a date, establish project scope, grant image rights, or create a photography or licensing agreement.

All commissioned photography services and applicable usage rights are governed by the applicable written client agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original Website content, including photographs, written content, graphics, designs, branding, logos, and other materials created for Door 22, is owned by or used with permission by Door 22 and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Accessing the Website does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use Website content.

Photography and Commercial Image Licensing

Photographs displayed on the Website may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, or used for artificial-intelligence training or other commercial purposes without appropriate authorization.

Displaying an image in Door 22's portfolio does not grant a commercial license to that image.

Rights granted to commercial clients, including advertising, marketing, editorial, internal, digital, print, geographic, duration, exclusivity, or other usage rights where applicable, are governed exclusively by the applicable client agreement or license.

Nothing in these Website Terms expands or replaces rights granted under an individual photography agreement.

Client and Third-Party Trademarks

The Website may depict or identify Door 22 clients, organizations, venues, products, logos, trademarks, or other third-party property as part of photography portfolio work.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on the Website does not imply that Door 22 owns those marks or that a broader sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation exists beyond the relationship accurately represented by the portfolio work.

Permitted Use

You may use the Website for lawful informational and business purposes.

You may not:

interfere with Website operation or security;
attempt unauthorized access to Website systems;
scrape or harvest Website content or personal information in violation of law or these Terms;

misrepresent an affiliation with Door 22 or its clients;

use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Project Inquiries and Availability

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of an assignment, availability, pricing, project scope, deliverables, licensing terms, or booking.

No project is considered booked solely because an inquiry or other communication has been submitted through the Website.

Final scope, fees, deliverables, licensing, scheduling, payment terms, cancellation provisions, and other project-specific matters are governed by the applicable proposal and/or client agreement.

Portfolio Work and Testimonials

The Website may feature photographs from client assignments as well as testimonials, reviews, case-study information, or excerpts from communications where appropriate.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of identical outcomes.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Door 22 does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of those third parties.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information useful and accurate, but information may change and the Website may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing.

Website content does not replace the terms of a signed commercial photography agreement, proposal, statement of work, or image license.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Door 22 and Stefani Larson will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
